Welcome

Welcome

As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, I know all too well the feeling of being Afraid to Tell anyone about the abuse.  Living in a world of silence and secrecy, where you feel invisible, isolated, so alone and terrified that no one will understand, where the feelings of shame, guilt and unworthiness are so overpowering that at times you feel as though you will be crushed by the weight of them.

It takes alot of Courage, Courage you never knew you had, to finally tell someone you are being or have been sexually abused, but with that Courage comes Strength.  Strength to say ” Yes, I can take this journey, yes, I can unravel this pain and reweave it into Hope and Healing.   Hope helps you look further down the road to a better time, to a place where you are Healing, whole and strong, loving yourself, emotionally and spiritually healed embracing all that life has to offer.
